Giveaway Picker
Pick giveaway winners on stream or in your social-media comments with verified cryptographic randomness. Ad-free result screen, fullscreen mode, free OBS-friendly.
A giveaway picker is a tool that randomly selects a winner from comments, sign-ups, or any list of entrants. NamesOnWheel runs every spin through crypto.getRandomValues with rejection sampling, so each entrant has the exact same probability — even when one entrant's name appears once and another's appears in a long list of multiple entries. The result modal is ad-free so live-stream giveaways and social-post screenshots stay professional, and fullscreen mode + the OBS overlay pack make the wheel a clean stream asset.
Free OBS overlay pack
For streamers running live giveaways, we ship a free OBS overlay pack: transparent background browser-source URL, customizable colors, large-font winner reveal, and a chime sound that won't clip. Install in 30 seconds. See the comparison with built-in stream tools.
For social-media giveaways
Most successful giveaways follow this loop: announce the prize and rules, collect entries via comments or replies, scrape or copy entries to a list, paste into the wheel, screenshot the result, post the winner with a link to the Fairness page so anyone can verify the algorithm. NamesOnWheel is built around that loop end-to-end.
How to use this picker
- 1
Collect entries
Switch to the Bulk edit tab and paste comment usernames, emails, or ticket numbers — one per line. For large lists, drag a CSV or TSV file into the 'Import from CSV / Excel' section. The editor handles long lists without lag.
- 2
Go fullscreen for stream
Tap the Fullscreen button. The wheel scales to fit and the entire chrome disappears, perfect as an OBS browser source.
- 3
Spin live
Suspense builds during the 4-6 second wind-down. Tick sound is on by default; mute toggle is one tap.
- 4
Announce + screenshot
The ad-free winner modal is screenshot-ready. Copy the winner with one tap to paste into your post.
