1. Acceptance

By using NamesOnWheel.net you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Service description

NamesOnWheel provides a free, browser-based random wheel spinner and related tools. The service is provided "as-is" with no warranty. You may use it for any lawful purpose.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use the embed widget or the open-source engine to deceive users about randomness ("spin to win" pages where the winner is predetermined). Don't use the wheel for unlawful gambling, illegal lotteries, or activities that violate consumer-protection laws in your jurisdiction.

4. No warranty

The wheel is provided as-is. While we engineer the picker for cryptographically secure fairness and publish a verifiable test page, we make no warranty for high-stakes regulated drawings. For legally-binding raffles, sweepstakes, or lotteries, consult your local regulator and a lawyer.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, NamesOnWheel and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. The total liability of NamesOnWheel for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, which is zero.

6. Open-source license

The wheel engine source code is released under the MIT license. You may use, modify, and distribute the engine under MIT terms.

7. Intellectual property

The NamesOnWheel name, logo, OG images, and content of this site (excluding open-source code released separately) are © NamesOnWheel.net. You may use brief excerpts under fair-use principles for review and commentary.

8. Third-party services

The site loads Google AdSense advertisements. Your interaction with AdSense is governed by Google's terms.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes go in the changelog and continue to apply when you continue to use the service.
